Description
Moxifloxacin, sold under the brandname Avelox among others, is an antibiotic used to treat a number of bacterial infections. This includes pneumonia, conjunctivitis, endocarditis, tuberculosis, and sinusitis. It is used by mouth, by injection into a vein, or as an eye drop.
Ketorolac, sold under the brand name Toradol among others, is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug used to treat pain. Specifically it is recommended for moderate to severe pain. Recommended duration of treatment is less than six days. It is used by mouth, by injection into a vein or muscle, and as eye drops.
The tromethamine salt of ketorolac, a synthetic pyrrolizine carboxylic acid derivative with anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic properties.
